How do I create an account?
To create an account, first select a plan and complete the payment. After choosing your trainers and filling out your health profile, you will be onboarded within 72 hours.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password using the phone number or email you registered with. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent for verification.
What subscription plans do you offer?
We provide various plans tailored to health goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, and overall wellness. Each plan is designed to meet your specific needs.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Upgrades during an active plan are not allowed. However, you can purchase additional plans with different services.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, within seven hours of purchase, you can change your trainer by contacting support.
Do you offer a free trial?
Free trials may be available during specific campaigns.
